  • Candidate Management: Manage candidate pipelines and maintain open communication with candidates">
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment experience">
  • Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires">
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness">

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related disciplines">
  • Proven experience in Recruitment for 8 years">
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment is a plus">
  • Strong experience leading Talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans">
