Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking a UX Designer to work with our engineering teams, creating open-source tools that build clouds and manage clusters globally.

About the Role

  • This position is part of our design team, reporting to the Infrastructure design manager.
  • The role involves developing tools that enable users to build their own cloud experiences, collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape the future of Data Center: Self-sovereign Clouds, supporting complex products with design and UX heuristics, working to evolve and promote design systems for consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Exceptional academic background from high school and university.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent in User Experience, Design, or STEM fields, or a compelling narrative about alternative paths.
  • Passion for building things and working with real hardware.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for user experience, technology, and design.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, scientific.
  • Result-oriented with a drive to complete tasks and celebrate success.
  • Confidence in user research practices.
  • Engagement with the latest design research and innovation.
  • Able to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long.
