Executive Chef

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Executive Chef to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing kitchen team, developing and implementing menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

• Lead a dynamic kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations
• Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients
• Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers to source the freshest ingredients
• Conduct regular taste tests to ensure consistency and quality of dishes
• Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in a senior culinary role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A passion for using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients
• Experience with menu planning and development
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
