Project Management and Business Analysis Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple IT projects and reporting to our Project Management Office. Your expertise in project management and business analysis will enable us to deliver high-quality results on schedule and meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management and business analysis. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, senior executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from ideation to post-production support.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Liaise between business units, technology teams, and support teams to facilitate project implementation.
  • Write requirements specifications according to standard templates and tools.
  • Decompose high-level business needs into structured requirements.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and verification.
  • Develop Business Requirements Document and represent requirements using alternative views.
  • Participate in requirements prioritization and solution risk analysis.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and draft UAT test plans.
  • Collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure application functionality meets client needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in IT Technical Fields/Project Management and Business Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Executive Level interpersonal relationship building, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Solid understanding and application of various project management and business process improvement methodologies.
  • A solid understanding of software development life cycles methodologies e.g. SDLC, Agile.
  • Essential skills in data mapping and analysis, gap analysis, and system analysis.
  • A solid understanding of business analysis and process improvement best practices.
  • Strong personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
  • BS/BA required; PMP and CBAP certification preferred.
  • Experience working with data warehouses or databases and integrations is a plus.
