Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to lead the strategic planning, lifecycle management, and performance optimization of all physical assets on our project. This includes implementing an asset management framework that supports data-driven maintenance, capital planning, and sustainability.

The role ensures that all assets from MEP systems to specialized cultural installations are tracked, maintained, and managed to maximize their value and lifespan.

  • Develop and maintain an asset register covering all critical and non-critical assets across the complex.
  • Establish asset lifecycle strategies including acquisition, operation, maintenance, and replacement.
  • Analyze asset condition data to prioritize maintenance and capital investment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coverage of asset management practices in alignment with FM operational objectives.
  • Maintenance planning, work order management and reporting for tracking purposes.
  • Data integrity checks through audits for quality control.
  • Solutions aimed at improving efficiency while maintaining overall facility functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field (mechanical/electrical preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in asset management within construction, commissioning & handover to operations, BIM knowledge preferable.
  • Experience in property & infrastructure management of large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms and familiarity with commissioning, asset tagging, and asset data standards.
