We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create custom floral arrangements for various events and occasions
• Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
• Source and order flowers from reputable suppliers
• Maintain the freshness and quality of all flowers in stock
• Handle deliveries and set up arrangements at event venues
• Keep track of inventory and reorder supplies when needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
• Ability to create unique and bespoke floral designs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Our Benefits:

A competitive $1600 per month salary and a 6-month contract with possibility for extension based on performance.
