Globally, organizations are seeking expert professionals to oversee the technical implementation of critical IT projects. One such role is that of an API Integration Specialist.

Technical Oversight and Security Assurance

This project involves ensuring the seamless integration of various stakeholders, design and development of secure API architecture, and optimization of API performance for high availability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and manage API architecture for integration with government systems.
  • Implement API security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS).
  • Work closely with software developers to integrate third-party services and databases.
Required Expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in API design & development.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SOAP, WebSockets.
  • Experience with API gateways (Apigee, Kong, WSO2, AWS API Gateway).
  • Expertise in API security, authentication protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of API design principles, as well as hands-on experience with various technologies and tools. A strong background in security, particularly in the realm of authentication and authorization, is also essential.
