GLOBNET is seeking qualified candidates to provide technical oversight and security assurance for the implementation of a prestigious Government IT Platform project. The project requires experts in Software Engineering to ensure the platform is developed securely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Scope of Work

  1. Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices.
  2. Work with vendors to ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  3. Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure software quality.
  4. Optimize system performance, load balancing, and fault tolerance.
  5. Ensure all software components adhere to industry security standards.

Required Expertise

  1. 8+ years in software development and team leadership.
  2. Expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, or C#.
  3. Strong experience in cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  4. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  5. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Deliverables:

  1. Development roadmap and technical documentation.
  2. Code review reports and performance optimization strategy.
  3. Testing & debugging results to ensure software reliability.
  4. Deployment guidelines and support plan post-launch.
