Job Title: IoT Embedded Systems Expert

Description

We are seeking a skilled IoT Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team. As an expert in embedded systems, you will be responsible for providing software and system engineering services to our OEM and ODM customers.

  • You will work closely with partners on platform bring-up and collaborate with project managers and Field/QA engineers to identify, triage, and fix critical problems.
  • Your role will also involve working with individual upstream projects to find and apply patches for bugs, conducting root cause analysis, and facilitating communication between teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor or higher degree in STEM, preferably Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with C, Python, and Bash programming languages.
  • Experience with Linux boot up process, Linux kernel, boot and system-level architecture, and bootloader development.
  • Proficiency in debugging and resolution of Linux-related issues.
  • Ability to be productive in a globally distributed team and learn quickly to work on cutting-edge technologies.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable.
