Lead Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our projects from conception to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, including supervision of staff and contractors.
  • Interface with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee quality assurance and control processes to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage risks, change orders, and claims reviews to minimize project disruptions.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
  • Organize regular progress meetings and coordinate team efforts.
  • Review contractor submissions and approve deliverables.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients.
  • Support commissioning and handover processes to ensure smooth project closure.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with 5+ years in theme park or entertainment developments.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills.
