**Job Title:** Water Pipeline Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Water Pipeline Project Director to lead our water infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex water pipeline projects.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for water pipeline construction, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and environmental guidelines.\
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to assess pipeline designs and optimize construction methods, focusing on efficiency and sustainability.\
  • Oversee the budgeting and financial management of projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to avoid cost overruns.\
  • Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment, negotiating contracts to secure the best pricing and quality.\
  • Lead on-site project meetings, facilitating communication between stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project milestones are met.\
  • Implement risk management strategies to identify potential issues in pipeline projects and develop contingency plans.\
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.\
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and forecasts.\
  • Foster relationships with local communities and stakeholders to promote transparency and address concerns related to pipeline projects.\
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to water pipeline installation and maintenance.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of water resource management.\
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management roles within the water infrastructure sector, demonstrating a proven track record.\
  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent are highly preferred.\
