Senior Engineering Lead - Systems Integration

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Engineering Lead to join our team. This role involves leading a team of software engineers, designing and delivering engineering solutions, and partnering with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading, mentoring, and hiring a team of software engineers.
  • Designing and delivering engineering solutions using Go, Python, and open-source tools like Airbyte and Temporal.
  • Seeking improvements to established processes, designs, and engineering solutions.
  • Partnering with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in software development with experience in Python.
  • Excellent understanding of integration patterns.
  • A proven track record of success as an engineering manager or team lead.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate remotely with diverse team members and stakeholders, remaining motivated, productive, and organized in a fully remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 2-4 weeks per year.
