Role Description

The ideal candidate will have experience as an auto surveyor, preferably in a multinational organization. Arabic speakers are encouraged to apply, as preference will be given to candidates with language proficiency and regional experience.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Lead the examination of damaged vehicles, investigating losses and managing policyholders and business partners.
  2. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce claims costs and improve efficiency.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues, managers, and external partners.
  5. Contribute to the development of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
