We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to oversee the implementation of site H3SE management systems during the EPSCC phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with site HSE teams of contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Exhibit L HSE Requirements and Project HSE Plan.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate H3SE risks to the lowest reasonable level, documenting the assessment process and monitoring its implementation.
  • Supervise contractors to communicate H3SE risk assessments to relevant workers during construction phases.
  • Maintain and monitor H3SE performance indicators, reporting status to stakeholders and performing internal audits and inspections as scheduled.

This role requires a strong background in health, safety, and environment management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing effective H3SE management systems.
