Project Lead

SUMMARY OF ROLE

This role involves leading project teams, managing resources, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, quality objectives.

Relying on technical expertise and collaboration with internal teams and external partners, the successful candidate will oversee project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet quality performance standards.

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resources across departments manage external vendors timely successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project reviews track milestones adjust plans mitigate risks address issues.

The Project Lead plays a key part in promoting a culture of continuous improvement, incorporating lessons learned into future projects to drive process innovation and automation.

Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring adherence to bank's policies regulatory requirements industry standards operational activities, as well as fostering effective stakeholder communication management through regular project updates reports senior management highlighting progress challenges decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Manage project risks developing contingency plans ensure minimal disruption project timelines.
  • Ensure accurate complete maintained project documentation throughout lifecycle.

Financial Resource Management:

  • Monitor project expenditures adherence approved budget.

Process Innovation Automation Digitalization:

  • Drive continuous process improvement innovative automated digital solutions once required.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

  • Education: Bachelor's degree Civil Construction Engineering,
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years similar role.
  • Certifications: PMP preferred
