Culinary Director

We are seeking a visionary Culinary Director to spearhead the launch of our new culinary ventures. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative menus, leading a high-performing kitchen team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive pre-opening plans, including menu design, kitchen layout, and equipment procurement.

• Lead a talented team of chefs and cooks in delivering consistently high-quality cuisine and presentations.

• Monitor food production, cost efficiency, and hygiene compliance, with a focus on sustainable practices.

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to source premium ingredients and maintain quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of culinary leadership experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants.

• Proven track record of success in pre-opening projects, with a focus on innovation and quality.

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of international cuisines, with an emphasis on Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and modern fusion.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• HACCP certification and knowledge of international food safety standards.
