Job Description:

  • We're seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • This role involves coordinating and attending sales meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote and build relationships with potential clients.
  • You'll collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Your tasks will include managing social media channels and online presence to engage with followers, drive traffic to our website, and increase bookings.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation is also a key aspect of this role.
  • You'll support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and contract negotiations.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is essential.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are vital.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Opera and marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media platforms) is expected.
