Sr. Network Architect

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Network Architect to play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure.

This key role will contribute to maintaining seamless operations, rapid incident resolution, and continuous enhancement of our services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
  • Management and configuration of Cisco ACI.
  • Utilization of network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
  • Troubleshooting of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF).
  • Design and deployment of functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
  • Performance of security functions, including firewall configuration, intrusion detection/prevention, packet filtering, content inspection, anti-virus scanning, and other scheduled tasks daily.
  • Analysis of network traffic to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Triggering of technical escalation processes.
  • Documentation of installation, set-up, and configuration.
  • Suggestion of improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability.
  • Provision of technical support (Level 1-when needed and Level 2) on all Data Center products and solutions.
  • Provision of 24/7 Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for all network solutions to ensure immediate assistance.
  • Experience in network and network security vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, and Huawei Networks.
  • Strong understanding of Networking technologies, especially Cisco ACI.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and fixing skills.
  • Experience with network diagnostic tools, using network diagnostic tools to monitor network performance and diagnose.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel and Visio.
  • Extensive knowledge of Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
  • Experience in Network Design.
