This pivotal role requires 5+ years of HR experience, exceptional organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of Omani labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and human resources databases, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
- Process visas, labor cards, and government documentation with meticulous attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate professional development programs and training initiatives to enhance team performance and skills.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems to optimize employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective support.
- Ensure strict adherence to Oman labor laws and company policies, upholding a culture of compliance and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with expertise in HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and Omani labor law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Omani or GCC region, with a proven track record of success.
