The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a pivotal role within the Retail & Wholesale sector, serving as a strategic partner to management and a champion for employees. This position is designed for an individual who can effectively align business objectives with human resource strategies. The HRBP will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, proactively addressing them to foster a productive workplace. This role requires a deep understanding of labor laws and HR policies, particularly within the context of the MENA region, to ensure compliance and best practices are upheld. The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic speaker, enhancing communication and understanding within the diverse workforce.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Provide expert advice on HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations to management and staff.
  3. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and equitable process.
  4. Utilize the MenaItch System to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
  5. Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  6. Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and inform strategic HR decisions.
  7. Support recruitment efforts by advising on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks.
  9. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  10. Drive initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
Preferred Candidate
  1. Strong background in HR policies and human resources management.
  2. In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law in the MENA region.
  3. Proven ability to manage employee relations effectively and sensitively.
  4. Experience with the MenaItch System or similar HR management software.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  6. Native Arabic speaker, facilitating better engagement with the workforce.
  7. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Commitment to professional development and staying updated on HR trends.
  10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
