Sales Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Sales Strategist to develop and implement sales plans that drive business growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have a deep understanding of the local market.

  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through targeted lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  2. Sales Outreach: Conduct property tours, provide detailed information about available properties, features, financing options, and pricing to prospective buyers.
  3. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with prospective buyers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  4. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  7. Sales Performance Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, analyzing sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
