Job Description
As a Regional Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing initiatives to drive pipeline generation in the EMEA region. This role will focus on planning and executing high-impact field marketing programs, including events, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional demand-generation campaigns.

You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, Alliances, Product Marketing, and Communication teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals and regional business priorities. Your day will involve developing and executing the regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy, working with Sales Teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, and planning and managing regional events and customer roundtables.

In addition, you will own webinars and virtual events from strategy to execution, ensuring high engagement and lead conversion. You will also implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value enterprise accounts in the region and develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, and paid media to support regional sales objectives.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a complex mix of engineers, product managers, sales representatives, and executives. A growth mindset is essential, as you will need to continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing efforts to achieve positive results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing for enterprise IT products, SaaS experience, and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns. They will also possess a strong understanding of the EMEA markets and a deep knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
