Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Ensure efficient office operation by performing tasks such as filing, generating reports, preparing meetings and presentations, and ordering office supplies.
  2. Customer Service: Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and provide support to visitors.
  3. Braxtone Club Program Management: Handle program operations and expand the service provider network.
  4. Fund Collection and SP Enrollment: Collect funds from garages and enroll new service providers in the program.
  5. Market Research and Data Analysis: Conduct market research, collect data, and analyze it to inform business decisions.
  6. New Product Sourcing and Marketing: Source new product suppliers and market the company's products.
  7. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze market data to understand customer needs and preferences.
  8. Business Understanding: Conduct research to gain a deeper understanding of the business and its operations.
  9. Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships with customers, including insurance companies, brokers, rental car agencies, and other stakeholders.
  10. Potential Client Meetings: Arrange meetings with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
  11. Service Provider Management: Help manage service providers, including obtaining new suppliers, negotiating discounts, and managing rates.
  12. Customer Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints and work with office administration to resolve issues.
