Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager
About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth through strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized banking solutions and advice to meet customer objectives.

Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in a related field.

- Basic computer skills.

- Good written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
