About the Role

The Hotel Receptionist plays a critical role in creating lasting impressions on our guests. As the first point of contact, they are responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while also providing assistance with various hotel services.

Main Duties:

  • Greets guests and responds to their queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Handles check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and resolves any related issues.
  • Maintains accurate records and updates systems as necessary.
  • Provides information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Supports colleagues in achieving team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Opera system is preferred.
