Job Title: Staff Registered Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Staff Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and assess patients' general health problems, developing effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare specialists.
  2. C coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  3. Patient Care: Provide emotional and psychological support to individuals and their families, fostering a harmonious and supportive workplace.
  4. Clinical Skills: Analyze patients' signs accurately, identify conditions properly, and take prompt action to facilitate recovery.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patients' case histories, monitoring developments in their health conditions.
  6. Safety and Sanitation: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to healthcare procedures and protocols.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  8. Patient Education: Educate individuals and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention as required.
  9. Medication Administration: Provide medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
  10. Evaluation and Monitoring: Evaluate medications and therapies, making adjustments as needed based on patients' responses.
  11. Pre-Operative Preparation: Prepare patients for medical exams and operations, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
  12. Assistance during Procedures: Assist doctors and specialists during invasive and non-invasive interventions and procedures.
  13. Laboratory Work: Complete laboratory work and update the team on patients' conditions during anesthesia, as indicated.
  14. Compliance and Record-Keeping: Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining accurate medical records.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in patient care and clinical settings.
