We're seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie to contribute to our hotel's culinary excellence.

The ideal candidate will support our Head and Sous Chefs in driving high-quality food production, efficient purchasing processes, and maintaining exceptional kitchen standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Partnering with senior chefs to design menus and prepare dishes.
  2. Maintaining rigorous quality control measures throughout the food preparation process.
  3. Ensuring the kitchen remains well-maintained, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety protocols.
  4. Managing inventory levels and placing timely orders for necessary supplies.
  5. Mentoring junior staff members to enhance their culinary skills.
  6. Coordinating food preparation and presentation during service hours.
  7. Adapting recipes to cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
  8. Nurturing open communication among staff members to guarantee seamless kitchen operations.
  9. Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and culinary trend research.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. Proven expertise in culinary arts, encompassing international and regional cuisines.
  2. Substantial experience in food preparation and recipe innovation.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective teamwork.
  4. Outstanding organizational abilities, allowing for simultaneous task management.
  5. Demonstrated capacity to excel in fast-paced environments.
  6. Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  7. Culinary degree or vocational certificate from a reputable institution.
  8. No less than 3 years of experience as a chef, preferably in similar roles or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
