Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all food processing facilities and operating equipment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing functional assistance and direction to ensure the efficient operation of the stewarding department.
  2. Supervising the duties of all stewarding department employees, including facilities, operations, and costs.
  3. Ensuring high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene in all areas.
  4. Coordinating with the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager or Outlet Manager to check requirements for the day and next day.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of health inspections, attendance, and files on casual employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Stewarding in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
