Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Functional Team Lead to join our growing Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer goals, identify opportunities, and develop targeted engagement strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver content to educate customers on product capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, successes, and challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or software industry.
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
