The role of a Customer Success Manager involves developing trust with assigned customers and providing them with the best possible experience navigating Canonical's vast offering. The primary focus will be on the Tech segment, including store customers, but also include a portfolio assigned to drive growth and expansion within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- A strong focus on supporting customers by finding solutions to ticket requests.
- Enrich documentation about problem-solving, Q&A, onboarding materials, and campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points and activities.
- Identify high potential as well as high risk customers from newly onboarded users or customers and develop strategies to address their needs.
- Onboard new customers and introduce them to products and support processes, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support in developing and delivering engagement plans that fulfill customer objectives.
- Customer-facing experience and an empathetic individual with a natural drive to help others.
- Passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu is essential.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong organisational skills, ability to structure and constantly update documentation.
- A team player capable of interacting with all departments internally.
