We are currently recruiting for a top-level professional to drive growth in Oman while supporting the successful growth and coordination of our joint ventures.

The role exists to implement policies, make day-to-day decisions, and oversee projects to ensure compliance with contractual provisions, standards, and regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Implement policies decided by senior management; make all necessary decisions for efficient project performance.
  2. Propose management structures required for proper management, including potential candidates for roles, subject to approval.
  3. Ensure compliance with contractual provisions, industry standards, and schedules; oversee that works are performed according to requirements.
  4. Represent the company in dealings with employers and third parties.
  5. Organize and supervise financial matters, including invoicing and payments; operate bank accounts ethically and profitably.
  6. Keep stakeholders informed on project progress and relevant contract matters at specified intervals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • To develop strategies for new business acquisition.
  • To define market entry and bid strategies, and communicate these to pursuit teams.
  • To gather market intelligence to inform proposals and competitive positioning.
  • To manage customer inquiries, prequalification, and bid submissions.
  • To collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs and resolve issues.
  • To monitor market conditions, competitors, and relationship status.
  • To build and maintain strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business startup and management. Strong business partnering experience is also essential, along with people management skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.

This position requires a customer-focused approach, relationship-building skills, and experience working within a matrix organization. The right individual will be able to analyze complex situations, think critically, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
