Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Centre In charge / Business Development Manager to lead and oversee operations at our education centre, which offers a variety of university courses. He/she will be responsible for driving student admissions, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring an exceptional student experience. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Admissions: Develop and implement strategies to meet student enrolment and revenue targets.
  2. Centre Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service.
  3. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the support staff to achieve goals.
  4. Student Engagement: Provide guidance and support to prospective and current students, ensuring a smooth admissions process.
  5. Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with university partners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to expand course offerings and student reach.
  6. Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  7. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
  8. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to institutional and regulatory requirements and provide regular reports on performance metrics.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, admissions, or centre management within the education sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting revenue and enrolment targets.
  • Ability to analyse data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Experience in marketing, networking, and stakeholder engagement is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM and student management systems.
