1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in retail/FMCG industry.
3. Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Aptitude for decision-making and numerical analysis.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
