Job Title: Site Project Director

A highly skilled and results-driven individual is sought to lead a team of professionals in the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects.



About the Role:

The Site Project Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing and coordinating all resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the project site.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large EPC construction projects, with excellent project management skills, leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all resources to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee all construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Plan, schedule, and budget construction activities in collaboration with the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15-20 years experience in large EPC construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
