Job Overview

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site supervision activities across all disciplines for the water park.

  • Coordinate with contractors, design consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor the installation of specialized equipment, such as water rides and filtration systems, to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Track construction progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
  • Review contractor schedules, resources, and logistics to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure quality assurance and control processes are enforced throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Lead coordination meetings and resolve site issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Support commissioning and testing of water systems and equipment.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • At least 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in water parks or similar recreational facilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of aquatic equipment, pool systems, and international codes.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills.
