Job Title: Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

1. Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.

3. Manage social media channels and online presence to engage with followers, drive traffic to our website, and increase bookings.

4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

5. Support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and contract negotiations.

6. Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Opera and marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and customer service.
