Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hyperion Planning implementation expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Hyperion Planning and related Oracle EPM solutions to streamline financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Install and setup Oracle Hyperion Planning
  • Manage cloning and migration of planning application across various environments
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, meetings etc. to understand business requirements and configure the system in line with the business requirements
  • Develop and maintain planning data entry forms
  • Develop and maintain business rules

In addition, you will also be responsible for managing dimension hierarchies, configuring role-based access security, developing and maintaining task lists, calculation scripts and reports to support business requirements for planning cycles and reporting goals in Hyperion Planning. You will also manage Hyperion Essbase, Planning, Strategy Finance, SmartView, DRM and Reporting.

As a technical expert, you will provide support and technical assistance to end users of Workspace and Smart view for Planning and Essbase/Reporting. You will also configure workflow approvals/process management and integrate Hyperion with Oracle EBS using FDMEE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Hyperion Planning and related Oracle EPM solutions, as well as experience working in a team-oriented environment. They will also possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
