Oracle EBS Implementation and Support Specialist

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Implementation and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation: Implement E-Business Suite solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  2. Support: Provide end-user support and training to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of implementation and support processes.

Requirements:

Experience: 2–4 years in Oracle EBS implementation and support, with a focus on E-Business Suite modules, including Financials, Procurement, and other related areas.

Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).

Technical Skills:

  1. Oracle Knowledge: Experience with E-Business Suite modules, including Financials, Procurement, and other related areas.
  2. Hyperion Expertise: Experience with Hyperion Planning or Hyperion Financial Management.
  3. Database Skills: Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, or related database concepts.

Certifications: Oracle certifications are highly favored.

  2. Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
