Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, optimize processes, and ensure efficiency.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Oman. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Proven supply chain management and logistics expertise
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field, and prior experience in operations management within the same industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of daily operations and implementation of strategic plans
  • Staff management and development
  • Process optimization and improvement
  • Budgeting and financial management
  • Supply chain management and logistics coordination

They must also have leadership and management skills to drive teams and initiatives forward, problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
