**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead our dairy manufacturing operations.

This role demands strategic planning, daily execution, and continuous improvement to meet quality, cost, and output targets.

The successful candidate will have strong operational acumen and a track record of delivering improvements in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing day-to-day production activities to meet volume, quality, and safety KPIs
  • Ensuring adherence to GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards across all shifts
  • Managing shift operations, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost savings, process efficiency, and manpower productivity
  • Training and mentoring teams to enhance capability, safety awareness, and engagement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for seamless operations
  • Monitoring and reporting on production performance, identifying areas for corrective action or enhancement
  • Supporting new product introductions and commissioning of new production lines or equipment

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in dairy manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a Production Manager role
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale production lines, preferably in both fresh and long-life dairy categories
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality systems, and operational excellence frameworks
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving change, and implementing lean manufacturing or Six Sigma practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to relocate and work in a multicultural, performance-oriented environment
