Role Description

Main Accountabilities
  • Direct sales initiatives in the IR market to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
  • Complete assigned sales tasks efficiently, meeting performance benchmarks.
  • Create and execute plans to expand sales of core products across IR channels, including establishing a network of core retail outlets and organizing promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee FF teams and sales promoters, guiding them towards peak performance.
  • Establish and enforce sales protocols to maintain high standards.
  • Sustain strong relationships with customers, offering superior customer service.
  • Compile and disseminate crucial sales data and market analysis.

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the Omani mobile phone market, with extensive knowledge of the IR market and primary clients.
  • Substantial experience in managing customers, stores, FF teams, and sales promoters.
  • Proficient in key operational functions like product launches, market expansion, promotions, and inventory clearance.
