We seek an experienced Project Manager who will also act as a Business Analyst. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple IT projects while interacting with clients, stakeholders, and teams.

Main Tasks
  1. Work closely with team members to achieve project goals.
  2. Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines and scope.
  3. Communicate with business units and technical teams to facilitate project implementation and post-project activities.
  4. Develop project requirements using established templates and tools.
  5. Analyze business needs and convert them into specific requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  6. Lead the requirements gathering, analysis, and verification process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Create comprehensive project documentation and visual aids like diagrams or prototypes.
  8. Prioritize project requirements and identify potential risks.
  9. Conduct user acceptance testing, create test plans, and prepare test data and cases.
  10. Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Desirable: Banking experience, especially with payment systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of project management and business process improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Skills in data mapping, analysis, and system analysis.
  • Experience with data warehouses, databases, and integrations is beneficial.
  • Relevant certifications like PMP or CBAP are advantageous.
