About the Job
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst - Digital Solutions to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis and design of digital solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and design of digital solutions to meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders from various business units
- Analyze existing banking systems and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Design and propose innovative digital solutions that address business challenges and requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on the banking domain
- Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and digital solutions
- Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale digital transformation projects in the banking sector
- Expertise in BPM tools such as Camunda, Pega, IBM BPM, or equivalent
