Job Title: Security Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Security Officer to ensure the security and safety of our premises. Key responsibilities include providing access for visitors, preparing gate passes, inspecting materials, evaluating safety equipment, securing premises, monitoring CCTV systems, and reporting incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visitor access while ensuring compliance with site regulations.
  • Prepare authentic gate passes for external clients and vehicles.
  • Inspect outgoing materials to prevent loss or damage.
  • Evaluate drivers' and employees' safety equipment before entry.
  • Secure premises according to rostered schedules and verify contractor badges.
  • Contact the ROP and security head immediately in case of emergencies.
  • Patrol all properties regularly to maintain security standards.
  • Monitor the punching system to track entries and exits.
  • Conduct 24/7 CCTV monitoring to detect potential threats.
  • Report any security concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Inspect contractor tools, vehicles, and gate passes as part of regular checks.
