As a seasoned Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the HR function at Grand Hyatt Muscat. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment to employee engagement and development.

Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HR strategies that promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract and select top talent.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and manage training programs to upskill and reskill employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management is required.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in a larger operation is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of Human Resources databases and Human Resources Management Systems is required.
  • Omani nationality is mandatory.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast-growing changes in the industry are key.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • A background in Learning & Development would be an added advantage.
