Web Development Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned Web Engineering Manager to lead our team of skilled engineers in delivering cutting-edge web applications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of well-structured, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement high-quality software using web technologies such as React or Flutter.
  • Identify and prioritize technical debt and implement improvements.
  • Lead code reviews and architectural discussions to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the team's knowledge sharing.
  • Provide guidance on engineering principles, architecture, and technology decisions.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive technical decisions and influence others through strong technical expertise.
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop junior engineers.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and threat modeling.
  • Understanding of accessibility guidelines and standards.
