Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading category leads, engaging with internal and external stakeholders at executive and client levels.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery and meet expectations.
  • Lead teams on specific workstreams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Manage relationships with clients and partners, providing guidance and support to teams promoting excellence in delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for growth and value creation, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Deliver results in challenging situations, prioritizing objectives and allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of development and performance management, promoting employee growth and engagement.
  • Nurture key relationships with stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving collaboration towards common goals.
  • Collaborate towards net zero carbon transition, actively managing carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery, contributing to a sustainable future.
Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.

  • Commercial acumen and financial management skills, with a deep understanding of procurement processes and practices.
