Job Description

The role of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Executive is crucial in upholding and strengthening quality assurance and control systems within a leading conglomerate.

This executive will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the company's food safety and quality management systems, ensuring all products meet internal and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating QA & QC activities across production lines to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Implementing and monitoring HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other regulatory systems across the plant.
  • Conducting inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Developing and enforcing SOPs, corrective action plans, and preventive measures for non-conformities.
  • Leading training programs for staff on hygiene, food safety, and quality protocols.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and records to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaising with government authorities and external auditors during inspections and certifications.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
