Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Supervision:

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of shop staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.

Sales Strategy Development:

You will develop and implement strategies to achieve shop sales targets and drive revenue growth. This involves communicating monthly sales targets to shop staff and ensuring shop owners are aware of the targets.

Training and Education:

You will conduct comprehensive training sessions for shop staff on product specifications and in vivo lineups. Additionally, you will educate shop owners and staff about sales incentives and explain the calculation of incentives at different achievement levels.

Inventory Management:

Foster work discipline by maintaining accurate records of shop inventory. You will also collaborate with the distributor to ensure timely payments and efficient management of new orders.

Compliance and Quality Control:

Monitor and prevent any misuse of POSM provided by management and ensure live demos are consistently available for customer interactions.

Reporting and Communication:

Share weekly reports with senior management, providing valuable insights and updates.
