IT Transformation Manager

To drive the future of various businesses, identify suitable technological solutions and design innovative systems to migrate from legacy platforms.
Collaborate with the IT Development team to create detailed technical specification documents for new integrated and cutting-edge IT solutions.
Provide regular guidance, direction and technical expertise to the IT Development team to develop new solutions as per business requirements.
Act as a second-line / third-line support for critical Core Banking application issues and integration glitches.
Evaluate, assess and advise on the inclusion of new modules, features or customizations in the core banking application as a technical expert.
Support the identification of 'right talent' internally within the organization or externally to work on business process management capabilities.
Coach, assimilate and develop BPM resources to understand the organization's environment and be part of the development team.
Provide expert advisory across various application support and IT program initiatives.
Provide direction to the Integration & Innovation team to contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Develop standards, policies, processes and tools that promote and facilitate data source mapping, interface documentation and data movement across the enterprise.
Collaborate to establish short and long-term integration platform capabilities and roadmaps as part of the transformation strategy.
Ensure all related activities align with the organization's policies, procedures and standards.
